Samara Group facilitated a series of workshops for the Clackamas Partnership, a collaborative group working across multiple watersheds to support ecological restoration in the Clackamas River Basin. The process focused on reviewing project prioritization, decision-making tools, funding approaches, and governance practices as the Partnership continued implementation of its Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board Focused Investment Partnership grant. Samara Group led three workshops with more than 24 participants using breakout sessions and consensus-based discussions to identify future priorities and potential process improvements. The project concluded with a final report summarizing outcomes, recommendations, and a framework for updated procedural guidance.
